The use of hand-cut local stone defines the project’s character, creating cool, serene interiors and robust, wind-protected exteriors. The linear design ensures that every villa enjoys its own private horizon. High-end natural materials and soft architectural lighting create a warm, inviting atmosphere that transitions beautifully from the bright Cycladic day to the atmospheric Aegean night.

The experience unfolds outdoors. Each villa features a private plunge pool and sun-drenched terraces designed for slow living.
